1.) First you contact us: During that time a short telephone interview is conducted.

2.) A face-to-face interview will be conducted: During this time, the interview will be taped (with your permission to do so) and a guided walk around will be performed.

3.) The Investigation will be performed on a date and time that is convenient for you .
